At 12:45 pm Appealing Oysters, Amazing Mussels will be perfectly choreographed by The Rusty Tractor’s owner Yolande and Chef Dianne in the Orangewood Food and Wine theatre.
They will be sharing their love of all things shellfish – served with fresh ginger and soy, and Rusty’s own Kiwi Chilli Jam. Hang around and they might just share their secret recipe with you!

A bus service will be available on the day to take festival goers to and from Kerikeri domain. It will leave the Marina i-Site at 12 noon arriving at the Kerikeri domain by 12:30pm. An evening service will depart Kerikeri domain at 6:10pm arriving back in Paihia at 6:40pm. The price will be $5 each way per person.
