Fabulous food, gourmet cuisine, boutique wines, bountiful seafood and a continuous line up of talented musicians.
The festival has something for everyone.
Relax in the shade of a gazebo, enjoy more than 30 food and wine stalls, culinary and quirky competitions,
stomping of the grapes, children’s entertainment and much more
The Ocean & Orchard Wine & Food Festival is held on the Kerikeri Domain on Cobham Road in the heart of “boutiquely uniquely” Kerikeri. With its tropical, laid back ambience Kerikeri is a lifestyle town, boasting over 20 cafes, designer boutiques, art galleries, quality restaurants, wine, art and craft trails, historic buildings and a multitude of boutique businesses and accommodations.
The festival is a rain or shine event with an alternative wet weather venue.
The Ocean & Orchard Wine & Food Festival 2013 was a fantastic success with over 2000 people attending.
The main purpose of the event is to attract visitors to Kerikeri, and the Bay of Islands
Region and to showcase local food and wine and the area’s talented entertainers.
“Must be one of the best festivals I have attended! A fantastic day and what a crowd of people. There were people from all over Northland, NZ and the world and what a great event for Kerikeri and Northland this is. We will be back next year for sure.”
“On walking round the site through the day I was impressed by the layout which reflected a good eye for detail.
(The stage and sound) gear was impressive – I was able to listen to great music well produced as well as hold a conversation at the same time.
A gazebo over every table was a must on the day. The festival gets better each year.”
